Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• Manage and monitor the performance of warehouse teams, including pickers, packers, and warehouse administrators.
• Monitor the picking and packing processes to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors.
• Ensure shipments are processed and dispatched on time according to targets.
• Monitor inbound products from vendors and ensure products are stored according to the applicable warehouse zoning system.
• Monitor outbound processes, including product pickup by logistics partners.
• Check and monitor the accuracy of incoming goods entries recorded in the system by the warehouse team.
• Handle warehouse issues, including stock discrepancies, missing items, and damaged goods.
• Prepare regular inventory and warehouse activity reports.
