Job summary

Trakindo is seeking a Warehouseman to manage incoming cargos, documentation, and proper storage. You will unload shipments, verify documents, and organize goods in the correct locations using FIFO/FEFO principles.

The role emphasizes safety, tool handling, and accurate record-keeping. Ideal candidates have SMA-level education and some warehouse exposure, with a focus on meticulous documentation and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA in Economics/ Science/ Technical major is required.
• Some years of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to document incoming cargos accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Take pictures and documentation for incoming cargos at Warehouse, unload cargos using proper tools, check shipment documents, and compare with actual goods received.
• Move cargos to the inbound area and unpack the packages to arrange and organize them safely.
• Count and check goods against inbound delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
• Put away goods to the correct bin or location using FIFO or FEFO.
• Create claim documents to ensure accurate outcomes.
• Check outstanding goods issues and pick tags for collection using proper tools.
• Adhere to SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) procedures in the Warehouse area.
• Process tools borrowing and returning to keep inventories up to date.
• Inspect and protect parts, deliver to the designated center, and manage scrapping if needed.
• Assemble and disassemble kits to meet customer requirements.
• Complete inventory adjustment forms and related documents.

Responsibilities:

• Take pictures and documentation for incoming cargos at Warehouse, unload cargos using proper tools, check shipment documents, and compare with actual goods received in terms of total packages, weight, parts number, and quantity, including if there are an
• Move cargos to the inbound area and unpack the packages to arrange and organize the packages safely and neatly at the appropriate location.
• Count and check goods referring to inbound delivery documents to ensure there are no discrepancies.
• Put away goods to the correct bin or location by applying FIFO or FEFO concept to ensure the goods are kept in appropriate location and ready to be transacted.
• Create claim document accurately to ensure the claim result align with the expected outcomes.
• Check outstanding GI (Goods Issue), identify the priority pick tags to be collected, collect goods using proper tools (referring to the pick tag information), ensure goods are in saleable condition, stick pick tags to the package, packing, or goods wrapp
• Execute SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) and CC (Contamination Control) procedure in Warehouse area to meet company compliance standards.
• Process tools borrowing and returning to ensure tools record are up to date and ready to be utilized.
• Inspect and protect parts with anti rust, deliver parts to CAT ADC (Asian Distribution Center), or do scrapping parts process (referring to RMA (Return Material Authorization) category) to get optimal credit acceptance.
• Assemble and Disassemble kit to meet Customers requirement.
• Complete IA (Inventory Adjustment) form and other documents to comply with policies and procedures.
• Count (with or without handheld tools) and re- count (if there are any) discrepancies to ensure the quantity of physical parts are equal to the quantity recorded in the inventory system.
• Prepare and clean out TU and CAT Reman Old Core before creating goods issue to meet Core Acceptance Criteria.
• Check WIP (Work in Progress) for Service Orders, record into WIP area, and deliver to Workshop to meet Customers requirement.
• Create BAST (Berita Acara Serah Terima) and gate pass to complete the delivery documents for Customers or Forwarder.
