Job summary

PT Trasti Global Konverta is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations for production machinery in our paper packaging division.

You will lead technicians, plan preventive maintenance, perform root cause analysis, document maintenance history, and report downtime and spare-part needs while ensuring K3, SOP, and production targets are met. This role requires strong leadership and communication within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Arrange and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery.

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to machine downtime, repairs, and spare part requirements.
• Propose improvements, spare part replacements, and machine efficiency enhancement programs.
• Act as liaison between maintenance, production, and management teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and machine maintenance history.

PT Trasti Global Konverta is a paper packaging division serving the food industry, including food factories, hotels, restaurants, bakeries and others. This role involves overseeing and coordinating maintenance operations for production machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery
• Lead, direct, and coordinate the maintenance technician team

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance within manufacturing industry, preferably in packaging or FMCG
• Leadership capability and experience as supervisor/leader is an advantage
• Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance systems
• Able to read technical drawings and machine manuals
• Strong machine troubleshooting and analysis capability
• Understanding of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) standards
• Good communication skills, disciplined, and results-oriented
