Job summary

PT. Papertech Indonesia, a well-established paper board and paper converting manufacturer located in Cipeundeuy, Subang, West Java, is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on cone machines, tube, edge board and flocking machines.

The role requires a D3 in mechanical engineering and at least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and proficiency in reading drawings and MS Office.

Job description

Running Preventive maintenance machine, Predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance on cone machines, tube, edge board and flocking machines.

Make SOP of preventive maintenance machines and predictive maintenance include lubrication and cleaning activity.

Make checklist of preventive maintenance machines and predictive maintenance.

Initiate and running project improvement to reduce breakdown machines based on PM activitiests, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance.

Handle Corrective / repair maintenance with maintenance team

Make SOP of changing machines (Change type of products)

Together with production team, develop new products or sample of products.

THE REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum D3 majoring in mechanical engineering

Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing maintenance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong understanding of preventive maintenance systems and reliability engineering.

Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
