Job summary

Talent Insider seeks an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead TPM deployment, drive RCM-based reliability strategies, and reduce downtime across our client plant in Indonesia. The role requires 15+ years in engineering and maintenance leadership in heavy industry, with hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, and strong budgeting and team-management skills.

You will mentor maintenance teams, analyze machine data, and ensure training on critical equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) required.
• 15+ years in engineering and maintenance leadership in heavy industry/manufacturing.
• Proven TPM and RCM experience with reliability improvements.
• Strong knowledge of transformers, dedusting systems, belt conveyors, and mixing systems.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience with continuous improvement (LSS/Kaizen/CI).
• Excellent leadership, budgeting, and resource planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM implementation across the plant.
• Drive Reliability Pillar with preventive maintenance and RCM strategies.
• Analyze machine data to identify reliability and downtime improvements.
• Oversee troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Use 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA for root cause analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams for corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for equipment (transformers, dedusting systems, conveyors, mixers).
• Ensure maintenance teams are trained in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Oversee selection and maintenance of critical equipment (pumps, fluid systems, conveyors).

Requirement
