Job summary

Shopee Indonesia is seeking a warehouse operations supervisor to monitor and improve cross-border inventory and warehousing performance. You will manage inventory controls, receiving/issuing procedures, and space optimization while ensuring timely put-away and accurate picks.

The role includes conducting cycle counts, reporting to management, and coaching a team to meet SLA expectations. Strong analytical and leadership skills are required to drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and warehouse standard operating procedures.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify process improvements.
• Experience supervising subordinates and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze overall operation performance for cross-border activities.
• Manage inventory and warehouse processes, including receiving/issuing and space utilization.
• Periodically report inventory status to management and ensure SLA adherence.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock takes per policy; ensure timely put-away and pick accuracy.
• Handle product returns and supervise staff performance.
