Job summary

MR.DIY Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Development Lead to improve processes, manage WMS/ERP integrations, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will oversee layout redesigns, automation initiatives, and inventory controls in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 6+ years in warehouse/logistics or CI, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management, logistics, or related field.
6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Warehouse Operations/ Logistics/ Continuous Improvement/ Project Management.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, layout, storage optimization, and process improvement.
Experience in warehouse development projects, including process optimization, layout redesign, expansion, or improvement initiatives.
Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and automation technologies.
Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and work instructions.
Knowledge of Lean Warehouse, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, RCA, PDCA, and CI methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Analyze and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
Support implementation and optimization of WMS, ERP systems, automation technologies, and inventory management solutions.
Coordinate warehouse development projects, including layout redesign and system enhancements.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables for timely execution.
Manage and improve inventory control processes, including stock movement and fulfillment.
Develop, monitor, and analyze warehouse KPIs and prepare reports for decision-making.
Assist in budget planning and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and operational documentation.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to support initiatives.
Prepare presentations and updates for management and stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
