Job summary

MR.DIY Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Development Lead to improve processes, manage WMS/ERP integrations, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will oversee layout redesigns, automation initiatives, and inventory controls in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 6+ years in warehouse/logistics or CI, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management, logistics, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in Warehouse Operations/ Logistics/ Continuous Improvement/ Project Management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, layout, storage optimization, and process improvement.
• Experience in warehouse development projects, including process optimization, layout redesign, expansion, or improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and automation technologies.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and work instructions.
• Knowledge of Lean Warehouse, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, RCA, PDCA, and CI methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and service quality.
• Support implementation and optimization of WMS, ERP systems, automation technologies, and inventory management solutions.
• Coordinate warehouse development projects, including layout redesign and system enhancements.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables for timely execution.
• Manage and improve inventory control processes, including stock movement and fulfillment.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze warehouse KPIs and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Assist in budget planning and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to support initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and updates for management and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
