Job summary
Universitas Pelita Harapan seeks an experienced System Engineer to oversee infrastructure and data center operations across on‑premises servers and related equipment. You will manage tickets, ensure SLA adherence, and drive reliable performance.
This role requires strong Windows and Linux administration, hardware/software installation, and hands-on experience with CCTV, UPS, and access control systems. You will lead a technical team and develop SOPs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years as a System Engineer with leadership experience.
- Strong Windows and Linux server administration skills.
- Hands-on hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with data center operations, backups, and disaster recovery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Operations & Ticket Management with SLA adherence.
- Lead User Support, requirement analysis, and solution delivery.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and operational tools.
- Manage infrastructure, storage, availability, and logs.
- Ensure system security across services and applications.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
- Document architecture, configurations, and processes.
