Job summary

Rahi Systems Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Security Operations System Administrator to join our datacenter security team. The role focuses on managing Windows servers, network troubleshooting, and in-depth administration of CCTV, access control, and key management systems.

You will oversee system maintenance, respond to incidents, document activities, and train customers on security operations and best practices, collaborating with local technicians to ensure continuous protection of facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in CS/IT.
• Experience as System Administrator/Network Administrator or similar.
• Scripting to automate tasks (PowerShell, Python, Bash) is a plus.
• Strong Windows server and network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and key management systems (Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, Traka).
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• IT security and system administration certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Windows servers operation, maintenance and security.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting for connectivity issues.
• Manage CCTV systems (Genetec, Avigilon) for monitoring.
• Administer Lenel access control to secure facilities.
• Maintain up-to-date security systems and patch levels.
• Respond to security incidents with tier-two support.
• Document systems and generate status and maintenance reports.
• Train customers on security system operation and best practices.
