Qualifications

• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise server and storage infrastructure.
• Manage server and storage across vendors, particularly HPE and Dell.
• Manage virtualization platforms including Hyper-V, KVM, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Provide operational support for rack, blade, and HCI infrastructures.
• Analyze and troubleshoot server hardware, hypervisors, OS, and storage infrastructure.
• Develop and utilize scripting and infrastructure automation to improve deployments.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents.
