Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing technical solutions and proposals for customer-facing sales activity.
• Mandarin speaking skill will be a plus.
• Background in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear solution recommendations.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and explaining solutions clearly.
• Knowledge of data centre solutions and their practical business applications.
• Ability to work closely with Sales teams on customer opportunities and proposal development.
• Strong attention to detail in preparing technical documents and customer responses.

• Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and business outcomes.
• Develop solution proposals aligned with data centre offerings.
• Plan customer meetings, presentations and technical discussions with Sales.
• Deliver clear product presentations covering features, use cases and practical value.
• Prepare technical responses for customer requests with accuracy.
• Coordinate internal input for solution design addressing the agreed customer scope.
• Review proposed solutions for clarity and relevance.
• Gather customer feedback after presentations to refine proposals.
