Job summary

PT ZTE Indonesia seeks a Data Center Solution Manager to lead pre-sales, tender packaging, and data center solutions in Jakarta on site. You will own market intelligence, client communications, and bid management with senior stakeholders.

You bring 5+ years in data center pre-sales, deal shaping, and cross-functional leadership, with English fluency and readiness for international collaboration. Global exposure and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Telecommunications Engineering, Mechatronics or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data center pre-sales, proposal preparation, technical bidding, or marketing project execution.
• Strong operational expertise in data center infrastructure solution design, power/cooling systems, and enterprise ICT architectures.
• Knowledge of telecommunications operator environments, data center standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute), and tender management.
• Experience in client-facing technical communication, executive pitching, and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English; eligible for international assignment in Jakarta (Malaysian/Singaporean candidates welcomed).

Responsibilities

• Collect market intelligence and competitor analyses to support pre‑sales strategies for Indonesian operators.
• Develop and promote data center products, cooling, power, and turnkey solutions for enterprises.
• Lead architectural design of integrated data center solutions with high-end clients.
• Provide marketing, proposal preparation, bidding management, and pre‑sales support for projects.
• Deliver data center consulting and solution design including M&E layouts and capacity sizing.
• Collaborate with regional sales, engineering, product R&D, and executives.
• Ensure compliance with tender deadlines and QA standards during bids.
• Maintain technical documentation and bid records.
