Job summary

PT Jetech Technology Indonesia is seeking a Presales Supervisor to support its data center facility maintenance and O&M services. You will translate customer requirements into technical solutions, prepare proposals, and assist the sales team through tenders and presentations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, a minimum of 3 years in data center, MEP or related technical presales, and strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Center, Facility Management, MEP, Operation & Maintenance, Engineering, or Technical Presales.
• Good understanding of critical facility systems such as Electrical systems, UPS and Generator, BMS / EPMS.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements for data center facility maintenance and technical services.
• Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations.
• Conduct site surveys and assess existing data center facility systems.
• Develop maintenance solutions and technical recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Prepare scope of work, maintenance plans, manpower requirements, and technical documents.
• Support technical discussions and presentations with customers.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, commercial, procurement, and vendor teams.
• Provide technical clarification and support during the tender and project handover process.
• Assist in estimating project costs, manpower, tools, equipment, and other technical requirements.

• • Good communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• • Willing to travel for site surveys and business requirements.
• • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
