Job summary

Syntek Energy & Control is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Manager to lead end-to-end operations across project sites in Jakarta. You will craft delivery plans, ensure stock accuracy, and oversee temporary warehouses to support project timelines.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics with supervisory experience, EPC/engineering exposure, and strong ERP/Excel skills. Travel to project sites is expected; offshore or remote work is not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory, or Supply Chain with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience in EPC, Engineering, Construction, Energy, or Project-based industries preferred.
• Experience managing remote-area and project-site logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, transportation, and logistics planning.
• Experience in Import & Customs Clearance.
• Familiar with ERP HashMicro.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations.
• Develop and manage logistics & material delivery plans to support project schedules.
• Ensure material availability, stock accuracy, and timely delivery to project sites.
• Manage warehouse operations, including setup and organization of temporary project warehouses, receiving, storage, picking, material issuing, and stock opname.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecasting, replenishment, slow-moving and non-moving stock.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Engineering, Finance, Site, Vendors, and Logistics Partners.
• Manage logistics vendors, transportation, shipment tracking, and delivery performance.
• Maintain and control inventory master data in ERP, including landed cost data and movement records.
• Monitor and report key Logistics & Inventory KPIs and performance.
• Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the Logistics & Inventory team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory, or Supply Chain Management, with proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in EPC, Engineering, Construction, Energy, or Project-based industries is highly preferred.
• Experience managing remote-area and project-site logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, transportation, and logistics planning.
• Experience in Import & Customs Clearance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to travel to or work at project sites when required.
• Experience in EPC & Solar PV Projects
• Familiar with ERP HashMicro.
