Job summary

PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia is seeking an experienced Lead for Supply Chain Planning, Inventory and Warehouse operations within Power Transformer manufacturing. You will manage MPS, MRP, capacity planning and production scheduling to ensure material readiness based on engineering release, BOM and production schedule.

Ideal candidates will have 8–12+ years in Supply Chain/Planning, strong SAP/Excel skills, and a proven track record in heavy electrical equipment manufacturing with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 8–12+ years experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory or Logistics.
• Strong experience in Power Transformer / Heavy Electrical Equipment / ETO Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, BOM, capacity planning and inventory management.
• Proficient in SAP (MRP/PP/MM) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in Power Transformer Manufacturing / Project-Based Manufacturing (preferred).
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is an advantage.
