Job summary

Syntek Energy & Control is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee site activities in Jakarta, ensuring timeline adherence, budget control, and effective coordination among subcontractors and stakeholders. The role requires on-site presence and strong leadership.

The candidate should have a Bachelor of Engineering and at least 3 years of field experience, with proficiency in MS Office and solid understanding of site management, supervision, and reporting.

• Coordinating with all internal and external parties, including Project Owner, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of field experience

• Have experience in reputable national / multinational EPC company
• Have experience in managing teams of 3 or more engineers
• Have experience in Solar PV Projects (Study / EPC)
