Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring in Jakarta centers on growing customers through proactive outreach. You will research leads, contact by text or email, set up meetings between client decision makers and the business development team, and track outreach results.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in outbound sales or lead generation, can work independently, is familiar with sales qualification frameworks, and demonstrates a proven history of meeting targets.

Qualificações

• Min. 1 year outbound/hunter sales experience.
• Proven experience sourcing leads from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, ANUM).
• SaaS or HR industry experience is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken communication via text, email, and calls.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Result-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Experience in the SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus.
• Well-polished professional communication skills via text, email, and calls
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets
• Result-oriented mindset
