Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a supervisory housekeeping role.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical properties, and sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and standards to ensure exceptional cleanliness.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to protocols.
• Control inventory of housekeeping supplies, linens, and uniforms, and manage procurement.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
• Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with industry best practices.
