Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper in Jakarta Selatan to support daily housekeeping operations and uphold pristine cleanliness across rooms and public areas.

You will supervise room attendants and ensure compliance with standards, lead schedules, train staff, and coordinate with Front Office for VIP arrivals, while managing inventories and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 2+ years in hotel housekeeping, with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command of English; other languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Housekeeper in planning and supervising daily housekeeping operations.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas meet hotel standards.
• Supervise Room Attendants, Public Areas Attendants, Housemen and other staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office on room status and VIP arrivals.
• Prepare staff schedules and attendance records; report daily operations.
• Train and motivate staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Manage supplies, linen, uniforms and equipment; monitor inventory.
• Address guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support budget control and cost efficiency; assist with procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire procedures.
• Assist in area maintenance issues with Engineering.
