Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. in Bekasi is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to assist the Maintenance Manager in directing activities for maintaining production machines and equipment.

You will plan preventive maintenance programs and coordinate spare parts supply to ensure smooth operations at the site. Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in electrical engineering or maintenance, plus strong interpersonal and organizational skills to lead teams and manage tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Electrical Engineer Education background.
• At least 3 years in a technical position in electrical engineering or maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, maintain and coordinate care for production machines across departments so they are ready for production.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid damage and downtime.
• Approve machine design and spare parts supply as needed.
• Coordinate with production teams to monitor, repair, maintain and improve machine performance and parts supply.
• Control spare parts demand to minimize inventory while ensuring continuous operations.
• Source local spare parts suppliers to reduce costs.
• Oversee internal machining/repair of parts to meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on machine technology to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with Product Environmental Quality Assurance within the department.
• Evaluate subordinates and develop training to adapt to tech changes.
• Maintain safe working conditions and standards.
