Job summary

PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk. is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair activities in our manufacturing and power infrastructure projects. You will coordinate the electrical maintenance team, analyze issues, and develop preventive programs to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires a strong background in electrical testing, data interpretation, and adherence to safety protocols, with leadership experience in project-based environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical work.
• Experience in Electrical quality control inspections in manufacturing, preferably in the electrical or power equipment sector Proven by an accredited Certification Company.
• Knowledge of testing standards.
• Experience with electrical testing instruments and measurement devices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience as an electrical supervisor or team leader.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret test data.
• Ability to operate electrical equipment and interpret electrical data.
• Understanding of safety protocols in electrical testing.
• Experiance from Project Company.
