Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a System Engineer – BMS to own digital systems design and deployment from inception to delivery. You will architect solutions, guide technical teams, and ensure quality, cost, and performance targets are met for East Asia and Japan markets.

You will master PLC/SCADA/DDC-driven controls, collaborate with customers and partners, and drive rigorous FAT, installation, and commissioning activities across complex HVAC projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Engineering required.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years leading technical projects.
• 3+ years in PLC, SCADA, DDC systems for HVAC/EMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and deployment of Building/ Energy Management System applications.
• Interface with customers, lead technical discussions and coordinate with project team.
• Design and approve system architecture, interfaces, point schedules, and graphics.
• Develop and document project deliverables including FAT, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure project milestones align with contractual requirements and budget.
