Job summary

Princeton Digital Group seeks a Senior Critical Systems Manager (BMS/EPMS) to lead the management and continual improvement of data center infrastructure across environments. You will own programs spanning capacity visibility, maintenance governance, reliability performance, and risk/compliance for safe, highly available operations.

You should have deep technical depth in mechanical/electrical systems (fire and security) and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to operate

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• 10–15 years in data center or mission-critical facilities with ownership of maintenance and reliability (BMS/CMMS/DCIM).
• Hands-on CMMS experience, asset structuring, PM programs, and failure tracking.
• Strong knowledge of BMS/controls, sequences, alarms, interlocks, change management and validation.
• Experience with RCA, CAPA, and reliability engineering practices.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze operational data and improve asset performance; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern CMMS program: asset hierarchy, PM library, work orders, reporting to reduce downtime.
• Develop and optimize maintenance strategies using failure trends and OEM guidelines.
• Track KPIs: availability, MTTR, PM completion, backlog; drive corrective actions.
• Lead RCA and CAPA programs to eliminate systemic issues and improve resilience.
• Manage contractors and internal teams; ensure SLA adherence and safety compliance.
• Oversee lifecycle management of BMS/CCCS systems, configuration, change control, validation.
• Review and approve control logic, sequences, alarms, and interlocks; maintain documentation.
• Drive continuous improvements for reliability, automation, monitoring, and energy efficiency.
• Plan system upgrades and lifecycle replacements with risk assessment and testing.
• Ensure OT and BMS cybersecurity compliance; support audits and remediation.
• Oversee DCIM dashboards for real-time capacity and health; enable informed decisions.
• Apply advanced analytics and anomaly detection to mitigate risks and outages.
