Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia seeks an engineer to provide engineering and installation solutions for the BMS Systems team. You will manage design documents, testing, commissioning, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and QA standards.

The role involves delivering and managing engineering tasks for large construction, fit-out, and expansion projects while collaborating with Sales, Project Management, and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or technical field.
• High-level knowledge of Building Management System/Controls products.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent written & verbal communications skills.
• Proactive in understanding customer needs and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of project design documents (points lists, schedules, drawings).
• Design and implement control programming for Johnson Controls and 3rd party products.
• Ensure software testing meets customer specs and QA standards.
• Design and implement GUIs for installations.
• Collaborate with project manager to focus on deliverables and project costs.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and expectations.
• Assist in bid phase with technical reviews and recommendations.
• Conduct commissioning activities for BMS to ensure performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and Customer Support for seamless execution.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Help develop SOPs and guidelines for BMS engineering and installation processes.
• Act as liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
