The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of professional culinary experience, proven leadership, strong food safety knowledge, cost control, and the ability to perform under pressure during peak service.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional culinary experience with 3–5 years in head chef roles.
• Proven ability to lead kitchen teams of varying sizes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Understanding of food costing, portion control and inventory management.
• Versatile in multiple cuisines and menu development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with front‑of‑house and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations and dining room coordination.
• Maintain exceptional culinary standards and menu execution.
