Job summary

Courtyard Nusa Lembongan Bali Resort is seeking an experienced culinary leader to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure top quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will supervise all kitchen staff, develop menus, manage purchasing, and uphold brand standards while maintaining budget targets.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive culinary knowledge, and the ability to train and guide a diverse team in a resort setting on a remote Indonesian island.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited college in Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management; 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks foods; maintains quality and compliance with sanitation standards.
• Leads kitchen shifts, supervises cooks, and ensures menus meet brand standards.
• Develops menus, designs recipes, and controls food quality and waste.
• Manages purchasing, inventory, and equipment maintenance; supports budget goals.
• Provides coaching and development for kitchen staff; maintains high guest satisfaction.
