Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef ready for Head Chef role.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen.
• Strong organisation and leadership.
• Understanding of cost control and kitchen systems.
• Passion for great food, consistency, and teamwork.
• Good communication in English is a plus.
• Practical and adaptable with a simple, efficient kitchen setup.
