Job summary

PT Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee daily building operations across multiple sites. You will manage vendor relationships, tenant services, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in operations management in residential/offices, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and business English proficiency. Willingness to relocate to Jabodetabek or other Indonesian regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with preferred engineering background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Manager or related roles in Residential, Strata, Office or Leasing.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management and building operations knowledge.
• Good leadership, communication and administration skills; Business English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily building operations, including routine maintenance and service requests.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, monitor performance and contracts.
• Provide tenant services and support, handle inquiries, moves, and events.
• Maintain operational documentation and reporting with regular summaries to management.
• Manage inventory and supplies, monitor stock and support budget planning.
• Coordinate staff schedules, meetings and training; implement ISO 9001:2015 standards.
