• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or Civil Engineering, with relevant technical certifications such as K3 Umum, Genset, or HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, stability, and safety of MEP, HVAC, and building utility systems.
• Develop and execute preventative and corrective maintenance schedules and SOPs.
• Lead engineering site team and monitor equipment performance.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets; control material planning and energy efficiency programs.
• Prepare high-level operational performance reports for management.
