Job summary

PT Usaha Gedung Mandiri seeks a Chief Engineering professional to oversee mechanical, electrical, and civil systems across building operations. The role emphasizes SOP adherence, budgeting, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable facilities management.

The candidate brings extensive leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and hands-on expertise with MEP building systems, MCFA, gensets, chillers, HVAC, and lifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Chief Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong leadership and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to develop preventive maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Sipil & MEP building systems, MCFA, Genset, Chiller, HVAC and Lift.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Willing to be placed anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOP and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Operate mechanical, electrical, and civil instrument systems in the building.
• Schedule and assign tasks to technicians.
• Create routine reports to supervisors and Building Manager.
• Create operational budget and preventive maintenance schedule for Engineering Department.
• Manage MEP building systems, Master Control Fire Alarm (MCFA), Genset, Chiller, HVAC and Lift.
