Job summary

You will manage the kitchen team, ensure quality, safety and presentation, contribute to menu development, costing and seasonal dishes, and collaborate with the broader hospitality team to define Desa Potato Head Bali's distinctive dining identity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel/restaurant background required.
• Minimum 4 years of culinary industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety.
