Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Landside Product Manager for Indonesia to own and grow the Landside product portfolio with a strong focus on Customs (MCS) and First Mile support. You will drive revenue growth, margin optimisation, and pipeline conversion while ensuring operational feasibility and regulatory compliance.

You will lead end-to-end product strategy, bundled logistics solutions, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in logistics and landside operations.
• Experience in product, operations or sales with clear P&L ownership.
• Strong understanding of haulage operations and Indonesia customs processes.
• Proven ability to balance growth with margin discipline and profitability.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Licensed Customs Broker is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Landside product portfolio in Indonesia, focusing on Customs (MCS) and FM.
• Drive product strategy, bundled logistics solutions, and align with commercial priorities.
• Act as product-led business development owner, driving pipeline creation and conversions.
• Own revenue, gross profit, and margin performance, including RFQs and pricing governance.
• Lead Go/No-Go decisions based on product fit, feasibility, and risk.
• Ensure cost optimization and strong operational alignment across vendors and outlays.
• Maintain compliance with Indonesia's customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue and GP growth, margin, and service performance.
