Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a global logistics organisation.
LCL operations expertise across ocean freight, trucking, and customs.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
Proficient in MS Office; English proficiency required.
Experience with CargoWise is an advantage.
Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead the Operations and Customer Service teams supporting LCL export and import shipments across Indonesia.
Manage end-to-end LCL shipment process including booking, planning, execution, and post-shipment activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing LCL operations team.
Serve as a key contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations promptly.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation and improved efficiency.
Ensure clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
