Job summary

PT Eka Mas Republik is seeking a Lead for end-to-end technical inventory management of access network infrastructure for internal and customer sites in Jakarta. You will oversee data accuracy, topology visibility, and alignment between as-plan and as-built records across inventory platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, advanced network knowledge, 8+ years of experience, and certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Informatics, IT, or Electrical Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of access, aggregation, and core networks.
• Familiar with ITU/3GPP/IEEE standards.
• 8+ years of experience in telecom networks.
• Vendor certifications CCNP/CCIE or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical inventory management of access network infrastructure for internal and customer assets.
• Validate as-plan vs as-built data for new deployments and modifications.
• Manage inventory data for third-party networks, ensuring reconciliation with contractual entitlements.
• Analyze leased asset utilization to optimize capacity and costs.
• Provide root-cause analysis and escalate remediation with SLA adherence.
• Support compliance with national telecom regulations.
