PT Eka Mas Republik is seeking a Lead for end-to-end technical inventory management of access network infrastructure for internal and customer sites in Jakarta. You will oversee data accuracy, topology visibility, and alignment between as-plan and as-built records across inventory platforms.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, advanced network knowledge, 8+ years of experience, and certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or equivalent.
Lead and govern the end-to-end technical inventory management of access network for internal and customer (including third-party), ensuring data accuracy, cost efficiency, configuration integrity, topology visibility, port and capacity tracking, and alignment between as-plan and as-built records across inventory platforms.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical inventory management of access network infrastructure internal and customer (GPON/NON GPON, Fiber Core and related assets)
Control and validate as-plan vs as-built internal and customer (logical and physical inventory including cost) data alignment for all new deployment, expansion and network modification activities
Manage and control inventory data related to third-party network infrastructure internal and customer (leased Fiber, NNI, colocation, duct, pole, dark Fiber, and access interconnection) by ensuring accurate asset registration, capacity tracking, contract alignment, and reconciliation between physical utilization and contractual entitlement to support operational reliability and cost network control
Control technical and cost optimization initiatives for internal and customer by analysing leased asset utilization and recommending consolidation or capacity right-sizing
Conduct preventive technical migration activities internal and customer (port swap, traffic/POP migration, hardware replacement) to proactively optimize network performance and resiliency, minimizing corrective interventions
Provide technical support for escalated cases internal and customer by performing root cause analysis, validating and reporting, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring resolution within defined SLA
About you
Minimum Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Informatics, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering
Advanced knowledge of network architecture and design, including access, aggregation, and core networks
In-depth understanding of network technologies, including Fiber Optics, wireless, IP/MPLS, transmission systems, and other emerging telecommunications technologies
Capacity planning, traffic modelling, and network optimization techniques
Knowledge of telecommunications business models, products, and services
Understanding of technology roadmaps and strategic network planning aligned with business objectives
Knowledge of industry standards (ITU, 3GPP, IEEE) and best practices
Minimum 8 years experience
Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, or other vendor-specific network certifications (CCNP/CCIE or equivalent preferred)
Compliance with national telecom regulatory requirements
