Job summary

PT Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking an experienced technical lead for optical network deployments in Jakarta. You will supervise field engineers, oversee DWDM/FTTx projects, validate designs and budgets, and ensure successful service activation with strict SLA compliance.

The role requires deep knowledge of optical networks, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with transport equipment such as Huawei or Cisco.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Optical Transmission and Access Network.
• Hands-on experience configuring at least 1 optical transport device.
• Strong understanding of optical network architecture and measurements.
• Proven leadership in mentoring field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead DWDM/FTTx deployment projects from design to service activation.
• Verify designs, budgets, and ensure SLA conformance.
• Coordinate field engineers for installation, splicing, and commissioning.
• Escalate and troubleshoot complex deployment incidents.
• Document As-Built drawings, acceptance tests, and handovers.
