Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Senior Delivery Engineer in Jakarta Selatan to lead end-to-end technical delivery and solution implementation for fixed wireless access, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, and enterprise networking projects.

You will design architectures, manage risks, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and ensure seamless integration between last-mile and backbone networks for high-performance enterprise environments. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, telecommunications, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in solution delivery, network engineering or technical implementation within ICT/ISP sectors.
• Hands-on experience with FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD-WAN, firewall and enterprise networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery, solution architecture and coordination with ISP and enterprise accounts.
• Design architectures for FWA, FTTx, IP RAN, SDN, WLAN, SD-WAN and firewall projects.
• Identify delivery risks, gaps and customer pain points and address them proactively.
• Coordinate with product engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support end-to-end project implementation, testing, optimization and service delivery.
• Ensure high-performance integration between last-mile and backbone networks.
• Manage MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and SDN in enterprise environments.
• Lead technical reviews and engage in post-sales advisory and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams for project success.
