Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Landside Product Manager for Indonesia to own and grow the Landside portfolio, with a strong focus on Customs (MCS) and support for FM solutions. You will drive product strategy, revenue, margin, and pipeline while ensuring operational feasibility and compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor cost, and ensure regulatory alignment with Indonesia's customs processes. This role requires strategic thinking and strong stakeholder engagement in a matrix

Qualifications

• 8+ years in logistics with landside operations and BD exposure.
• Proven product, operations or sales with P&L ownership.
• Strong understanding of haulage operations port-to-port and Indonesia customs processes.
• Commercial acumen balancing growth and margin discipline.
• Ability to assess deal profitability and make Go/No-Go decisions.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own Landside product portfolio in Indonesia with focus on Customs (MCS) and support for First Mile (FM).
• Drive product strategy, offerings, and bundled logistics solutions aligned with customer needs and priorities.
• Act as product-led business development owner, driving pipeline creation, qualification, and conversion.
• Own and deliver on revenue, gross profit and margin performance, including RFQs, pricing governance and approvals.
• Lead Go / No-Go decision-making based on product fit, feasibility and risk.
• Ensure strong operational alignment and cost optimisation across vendors and productivity levers.
• Maintain compliance with Indonesia's customs regulations and broader trade requirements.
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, GP, pipeline conversion rates and service performance.
