Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Landside Product Manager (PH) to own and grow the Landside portfolio in Indonesia, with emphasis on Customs (MCS) and First Mile solutions. You will drive revenue growth, margin optimisation, and pipeline conversion while ensuring compliance and operational feasibility.

The role requires 8+ years in logistics, with product, operations, or sales experience and strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in logistics, landside operations, and business development.
• Experience with product, operations or sales roles with P&L ownership.
• Understanding of haulage operations and Indonesian customs processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Landside product portfolio in Indonesia, focusing on Customs (MCS) and First Mile support.
• Define product strategy, offerings, and bundled logistics aligned with customers and commercial priorities.
• Lead pipeline creation, qualification and conversion as a product-led business owner.
• Manage revenue, GP, and margin performance; oversee RFQs and pricing governance.
• Guide Go/No-Go decisions based on product fit and risk; ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure operational alignment and compliance with Indonesian regulations.
