Job summary

SGS Indonesia seeks a skilled laboratory professional to ensure adherence to physical, chemical, and microbiological standards, input data into the ILIS system, and perform validation testing.

The role includes maintaining equipment, documenting data, and supporting quality management systems while adhering to safety policies and participating in proficiency testing as required.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Chemistry/Biology Degree.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Experience documenting data and implementing quality management in a laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Examine physical, chemical and microbiological standards and procedures in accordance with competency tests.
• Input original data into the ILIS system.
• Perform validation testing methods.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Document technical recording data and implement quality management in the laboratory.
• Participate in proficiency testing conducted by NAC and other institutions.
• Ensure safety in line with company policies and procedures.

Ensure that all procedures are adhered to in sample.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Doing a good examination of physical, chemical and microbiological standards required and operational procedures in accordance with personnel competency test approved by the Laboratory Manager.

Doing the original data input into the ILIS system testing.

Perform validation testing methods.

Responsible for maintenance and calibration laboratories instrument.

Documenting technical recording data and implementation of quality management systems in the laboratory.

Participating in the test of appeal or proficiency testing conducted by the NAC and other institutions.

Ensure and adopt, at all times, a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of employees and clients, in line with company policies and procedures.

PROFILE

Graduated in Chemistry/Biology Degree

REQUIRED SKILLS

Excellent communication / interpersonal skills

Proven ability with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Spreadsheet, and other required application

Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Ability to work with minimum supervision
