Pt Astro Technologies Indonesia is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead our technology recruitment division in Jakarta. You will own the full lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding, across a diverse client portfolio in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in technical recruitment, deep market knowledge, and exceptional interviewing skills. This hybrid role balances office collaboration in Jakarta with remote work and offers an attractive commission structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 5+ years in technical recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced agency or corporate setting.
• Proven track record filling complex technical roles across tech stacks.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesian tech talent market and sourcing methods.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment technologies.

Responsabilités

• Manage full lifecycle for technical roles for Jakarta clients and beyond.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Conduct in-depth screenings, technical assessments and behavioural interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and needs.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience through onboarding.
• Stay updated on tech trends, market insights and recruiting best practices.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and cybersecurity experts, for clients in Jakarta and beyond.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate screenings, technical assessments, and behavioural interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard‑to‑fill technical positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and hiring needs.
• Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience through to successful onboarding.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new client opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in technical recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical roles across various tech stacks and disciplines.
• Deep understanding of the Indonesian tech talent market and sourcing methodologies.
• Exceptional interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Experience recruiting for roles in Jakarta's tech ecosystem is highly desirable.
