Job summary

AYANA Hospitality in Bali invites an experienced Guest Relations specialist to join Bali's largest integrated resort team. You will welcome guests, assist VIPs, and promote hotel amenities to enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, handling inquiries, and maintaining health and quality standards while delivering exceptional service in a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Korean expatriate status is required.
• At least 1 year experience in the same role at a large luxury resort.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience operating a hotel management system is an advantage.
• Diploma in Rooms Division or Hotel Management; Bachelor's degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer inquiries.
• Assist in preparing welcome folders with collateral (menus, area descriptions).
• Provide information about amenities, areas and venues and promote services.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
• Assist with tasks such as coordinating travel arrangements and taking messages.
• Address customer complaints and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

• Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
• Address customer complaints and escape to Guest Relations Manager when needed
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Requirements

• Only for Korean Expatriate
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Experience in operating Hotel system is an advantage
• Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
