Job summary

AYANA Hospitality Bali is seeking a Guest Relations Associate to welcome arriving guests, attend VIPs, and help prepare welcome folders with menus and area descriptions. You will provide information about amenities and venues, and build rapport with guests to anticipate needs.

Requirements include Korean expatriate status, 1 year in a luxury resort, fluent English, and knowledge of hotel systems. A Diploma in Rooms Division or Hotel Management is required, with a Bachelor's degree desirable.

Qualifications

• Korean expatriate only.
• At least 1 year experience in a large luxury resort.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience operating hotel systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
• Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions).
• Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
• Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages).
• Address customer complaints and escalated to Guest Relations Manager when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
