Ayana Hospitality in Bali seeks a Guest Relations Officer - Mandarin Speaking to join our prestigious 5-star Rooms team. You will welcome guests, handle VIP inquiries, provide information on amenities and services, and assist with travel arrangements while maintaining the resort’s high standards.

Requirements include Indonesian citizenship, at least 1 year in a similar role at a luxury resort, fluent Mandarin (HSK 3 or higher), OPERA experience, and a Diploma in Rooms Division or Hotel

Formación

• Indonesian citizen required (WNI).
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same role at a luxury resort.
• Fluent in Mandarin with an HSK 3 certificate or higher.
• Experience operating OPERA property management system.
• Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or related field; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests and assist VIPs.
• Attend to special guests and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare welcome folders with room service menus and area descriptions.
• Provide information about amenities and venues, promoting services.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
• Assist with tasks such as travel arrangements and message taking.
• Address complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
• Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
• Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
• Address customer complaints and escape to Guest Relations Manager when needed
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

• Indonesian Citizen only
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
• Experience in operating OPERA system.
• Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
