Job summary

Ayana Bali invites a Korean expatriate to join our guest relations team at Bali’s largest integrated resort. You will warmly welcome guests, assist VIPs, prepare welcome folders, and promote our amenities while upholding high health and quality standards.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year in a similar role at a luxury resort, fluent English, and a Diploma in Rooms Division or Hotel Management (Bachelor’s desirable). Hotel systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Korean expatriate only.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role at a luxury resort.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Diploma in Rooms Division or Hotel Management; a Bachelor’s degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
• Attend to VIPs and answer inquiries from guests.
• Prepare welcome folders with menus, area descriptions and collateral.
• Provide information about amenities and venues and promote services.
