AYANA Hospitality in Bali invites you to join Bali's largest integrated resort as a Guest Relations team member. You will welcome guests, assist VIPs, prepare welcome folders, and promote hotel services.

The role emphasizes anticipating guest needs, handling messages, addressing complaints with the Guest Relations Manager, and upholding health and quality standards. Indonesian citizenship and English/Japanese fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen only.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, with a certified Japanese Language Test (minimum N2).
• Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. A bachelor's degree is desirable.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests.
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
• Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions).
• Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
• Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages).
• Address customer complaints and extend to Guest Relations Manager when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
