Job summary

Akulaku Group seeks a regional Influencer & Freelance Operations Coordinator in Jakarta to recruit, train, and manage local freelancers, building an Indonesian influencer database and forging strong partnerships across the ecosystem.

You will coordinate with a China-based team, oversee influencer campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, monitor content quality, and analyze performance data to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Indonesian culture and local social media landscape.
• Excellent communication in Chinese or English; ability to collaborate with China-based team.
• Experience in influencer marketing, KOL/KOC operations, MCN agencies, or freelancer management.
• Existing connections with Indonesian influencers or MCN agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage local freelancers, including assigning and following up on daily tasks.
• Identify and maintain relationships with local Indonesian influencers and build an influencer database.
• Manage influencer outreach, partnership communication, rate negotiations, and relationship management.
• Follow up on influencer campaigns, including content production, review, publication, and payment settlement.
• Collect and analyze influencer content performance data to continuously optimize campaign results.
• Maintain effective communication with the China-based team and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
