Job summary

Seven Retail in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a proactive Social Media & Community Manager to grow our lifestyle brands online. You will manage daily community interactions, build relationships with KOLs, and support brand campaigns across platforms.

The role requires a bachelor's in marketing/communications and at least 1 year of relevant experience. You will coordinate collaborations, track activity, and help shape engaging conversations around our brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• +1 year of experience in social media, community management, KOL/influencer marketing, or related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with KOLs, creators, and online communities.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple collaborations and deadlines.
• Proactive, creative; experience with KOL outreach or campaign coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily community interactions across social media to build positive and engaging conversations around our brand.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant communities, KOLs, and content creators to support brand growth.
• Monitor social media conversations, trends, and audience sentiment to identify engagement opportunities and potential issues.
• Identify and engage potential KOLs and creators, from initial outreach to collaboration follow-up.
• Coordinate KOL collaborations, including outreach, briefing, content submission, and activity tracking.
• Support social media campaigns and maintain an organized database of KOL and community activities to drive engagement and community growth.
