Qualifications

• Experience in KOL Marketing, Community, PR, Event, or Brand Activation is preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Creative, proactive, outgoing, and trend-aware.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Research and approach relevant KOLs, influencers, creators, and communities.
• Handle KOL communication, negotiation, briefing, and campaign execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, communities, and brand partners.
• Develop creative ideas for KOL campaigns, collaborations, events, and brand activations.
• Coordinate events and activations from planning to execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Stay updated with social media, creator, and lifestyle trends.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams.
