Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Social Media Junior Associate to develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to grow reach and engagement.

You will analyze performance, translate trends into content ideas, manage daily community interactions, and collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to maintain the brand voice. This role is based in Jakarta and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management, Content, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other major social media platforms, including their content formats and algorithms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate social media trends and audience insights into relevant, engaging content ideas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and content plans across TikTok, Instagram, and relevant platforms to drive brand growth and engagement.
• Identify emerging trends, audience insights, and content opportunities to strengthen reach and content performance.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, translating performance data into actionable recommendations and optimization strategies.
• Manage daily community engagement across comments, direct messages, and audience interactions while maintaining the brand voice.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and engaging brand communication.
• Test new content formats, creative angles, and approaches to continuously improve audience growth and engagement.
